The West Coast Tennis Championships were continued at Reefton, the games being generally very interesting, though hi one or two instances the winners proved markedly superior to all opposition. The championships were won by the following: Men’s, Rollit; ladies, Mrs McCarthy (Grey-mput-h); Men’s Doubles, Rollit and McCaskill; Ladies’ Doubles,' Mrs McCarany and Miss Wiekes; Ladies’ Handicap Doubles, Mrs Fair and Mrs Baillie.
