Rev. 1). C. Bates, Government Meteorologist announced the following forecast at noon to-day:— The indications are for variable and strong breezes, easterly moderate to strong prevailing, and freshening. Weather clouding over, rain later. The barometer has a falling tendency. Seas considerable; tides poor.
