AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. NE(W LADIES RECORD. AUCKLAND, January 24. At the Waitemata Stviming Club Sports, Miss Pauline Hoeft lowered the New Zealand ladies’ record for 100 yards of 69 seconds, previously held by Miss Shand of Canterbury. She reduced if by two seconds. Miss Violet Walrond who was second, swam the 100 yards in 68 3-5 secs.
