The Moplali rising in Malabar is being 7 stamped out. Thirty-eight thousand of tbe Moplalis have surrendered. To date tbe other losses of the Moplabs have been: —Killed, 2300; wounded 1600; capturejd, 5700; surrendered, 38,000.
