HOTEL LICENSE CASE

In 1920, the directors of the Alliance Hotel sold their interests. It was understood that the premises would remain temporarily as a temperance hotel and eventually he utilised for business purposes. An application is now before the Court to transfer the license to sell liquor, from another city hotel to the Alliance Hotel. The case is causing much public interest.
