Meat Pool Condemned
The Meat Pool is not onej that the taxpayers can look upon with favour, for it means financial loss to the country. If the Government supports the Meat Pool, it cannot very well refuse to be concerned in a dairy produce pool, and judging by the way butter prices are falling a demand for such a pool is not likely to he long delayed.Mercantile Gazette.
