MAN HUNT THRILL. LONDON. November 8. A man hunt by the Sussey and Sur- i rey police had an exciting finish at | Newdigate on Saturday. When the Sussex police arrested near Horsham a man named Harber his brother Chailes is alleged to have wounded a policeman and then made for the open country, where he took cover in a wood. Some thirty policemen, with dogs tool: up the chase and surrounded the wood, and also communicated with the Surrey police, asking them to keep a watch on the boundary of the two counties. Tfhe fugitive broke cover and made for Newdigate. The police followed and entered a cottage occupied by Harber’s father. Charles Harber was not there, but the police later visited the house again and found him in the attic. He was arrested by the village policeman, assisted 'by Sussex police. There was a struggle, and the floor gave way and all of them were thrown into the bedroom below. Harber made another fight for liberty and he and the policeman fell downstairs into the kitchen. Harber was then secured, hut in the struggle the village policeman was badly cut about the face with a j«g-
