BERLIN, Dee. 28 A branch of n secret organisation known as the Erhardt Brigade which works for the restoration of the monarchy Inis been discovered by the French at Dusseldorf. Thirty arrests were made.. Captain Erhardt, living at Innsbruck, is head of the organisation, and sends orders to a staff of personally appointed officers who flit from place to place, to avoid discovery. The creation of a strong army and the laying in of stores, arms and munitions are among the aims of the organisation which holds secret court, where even death sentences are passed, members of the inner circle carrying out the sentences. It is believed that the assassins of Erzberger and Gareis belong to this band, which is estimated to comprise sixteen thousand members.
