“The disturbances continue. "Attempts have been made to wreck the railways. One train was derailed on the 25th. “Lower Egypt is the chief area of the provincial disturbances. “A number of further arrests have been made in Cairo and Alexandria. “Eieht armed Nile River steamers under'naval officers, are now operating in Upper and Lower Egypt.
