To-night Pollards arc presenting a grand double star holiday programme headed by a six-reel Metro Drama with an all-star cast entitled “Someone in the House.” The second big feature is a Sereeneraft production entitled “Th > Prodigal Wife” featuring Mary Boland also six reels. No moving picture lias ever been produced that so well deserves to be called the “East Lynn” o{ the screen as does “The Prodigal Wife.” This production, adapted from Edith Barnard Delano’s story, “Fhuuing Ramparts,” has the strong emotional appeal which gave long lite to the celebrated stage drama and male so many actresses anxious to attempt the role of the unhappy heroine. Ma rion Farnlmm is another Lady tsobei and the fatal error made by both wo- | men lends to the same harvest of tears and vain regrets.
