Municipal Corporations Amendment Bill and Mental Defectives Amendment Bill were put through all stages and passed. Public Contrctsi and Local Bodies Contractors Amendment Bill was read a second lima. The Finance Bill was brought down by Governor’s message and read n first tim#. The House rose at 11.15 p.m.
