Rev. I). C. Bates, Government Meteorologist announced the following forecast at noon to-day:— The indications are for variable and strong breezes hut easterly moderate to strong prevailing. Expect changeable and showery weather. Barometer unsteady with a further falling tendency. Seas rough to swell on Coast, tides good.
