PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS. SI’KCIAI- TO CU.«inC.IN. WELLINGTON, Dec. 8. Air Seddon (Westland) asked the Minister for Health to-day whether any decision had been reached with regald to the Mental Hospital at HokitikReports which had been made with recard to the institution were adverse, he believed, and he asked the Minister if anv improvements would be made.
