District Attorney Brady Isis announced that lie will ask the Oran.l Jury to investigate the alleged atteni])t to approach and intimidate Mn Hubbard, of the Arlmekle jury, whose stand for the comedian’s conviction resulted in the jury’s discharge. Mrs Hubbard has made n. statement charging (Jus Oliver, a merchant, and Irwin, an attorney, with approaching her husband and endeavouring to get him to communioa'te with her in the jury room by letter, urging her to acquit Arhuckle. Mrs lluhhard has also charged intimidatkm against several of her fellow jurors, including the foreman. She further stated that the police officer had attempted to communicate with her in the Court room. Tlie Defendant’s counsel deny all knowledge regarding the charges.
