IIEUTEIt’s TELECIIAMS. i Received This Day at 8 30 a.m.) LONDON, Dee. 5 Krassin in a speech at Oxford, stated the number suffering from famine in Russia is thirty-seven millions, of whom twenty-one millions including eight million children are facing starvation. He attributed the famine in Volga district to the military invasions financed by tbe Entente, followed by years of drought. Relief should he provided by an international loan which Russia is unable to organise, owing to the Entente withholding reognition of the Soviet.
