He concluded his argument by arraigning the State for failing to bring out any definite detailed statement of Miss Rappe as to her death, and to explain, her injury, and also for a failure to call Mrs Delmont. who had lodged the complaint.

Arbnckle’s attorney revealed that the comedian has received threats to assassiaate him if he is acquitted.
