Thi> Town Hull will Ih' the special scene of attraction on Wednesday afternoon and evening, wlieu the (“rand liazaar in aid of the funds of the Hokitika Beautify ilia Association fcakes place. The stall holders are now all ready to deck out their stalls with an over-flowing quantity ol goods of every description Loth fancy and useful. There will he afternoon tea and refreshments, games and pastilles to while away the time. Altogether a most- attractive display will he made. The ladies of the Literary Society have keen working very hard fur nonths past getting ready and It wow rests with the general publia t« avsist by attending'in force and giving a. hel|jl«ig hand to a worthy object. They will find that they will get good value and spend a pleasant afternoon and evening. Admission will be free.
