LONDON, Dec. •_> It is reported that Mr 1.10.vd George’s new proposals include an Irish allegiance to the British Crown, in the same sense in which it is accepted by the Dominions. There is also to be a commission lu delineate political and religious boundaries in Counties Tyroiinc and Fermanagh. It is also stated that Ulster will not seriously object to the latter change which would make l Istcr a more compact and Protestant area. The suggestion that l lster should receive fiscal autonomy is rejected.

Ulster is to have the option ol joining this Dominion Parliament at any time.
Sinn Fein is to give allegiance to the Crown under a form.

A FOILED MOVE. (Received This Dav at 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, Dee 2 A sensational attempt to rescue Sinn Fein prisoners from Derry gaol was foiled in the nick of time, after heavy fighting between soldiers, police and civilians. A police patrol noticed a ro[H> ladder outsides*he wall and when they entered the gaol precincts, they found the bodies of two constables. They sinewed no marks of violence and nro believed to have been strangled.
