Hokitika, which took place at the Westland Hospital about mid-day to-day after a short, illness. The deceased was a native of Christchurch, aged Id years, amt resided in Hokitika, for some years. He leaves a. wife and three little hoys. II" was a member of the Pacific Lodge of Masons; also a member of the Druids' Lodge ami a member of the local 1 rotting Chill, ill all of which he will he sadly missed. The deceased also leaves four brothers, three in Christchurch, and HOC in Auckland: also two sisters residing in Christchurch. To Mrs Hunter and her little hoys and relatives we extend our sympathy in this their siul bereavement.
