Yesterday there was a solemn procession of taxicabs to tho Rois de Boulogne. Tbe police were waiting, and ns principals and seconds got out of their cabs, accompanied by their doctor, they " were officially informed that tho duel f could not take place. ! Tin's statement was unnecessary, for Marcel Coulaud and Rene D’Txolle arc the signatures of one and the same person. Ron Soir laughs good-humoredly over) its amusing hoax.
