Margaret Currie proceeded against the executors of the will and codicil of Annie. Hawker, late of Woolston, widow, claiming £BO3 19s 3d. Hio claim for a reasonable rate of payment for the plaintiff’s services "as assessed at C2 2s weekly less 9s 3d for tho first two years of Mrs Hawker’s widowhood ami C 3 3s weekly for the subsequent years of-service, less again 9s 3d paid It was stated that during nine years Miss C’urrie had come to Christchurch only five times. These trips were to get clothing. The plaintiff bad never during all tjioxe years been to a picture entertainment or theatre. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £B3l lOs 3d.
