Hev. D. C. Bates, Government Meteorologist announced the following forecast at noon to-day:— Tho indications are for—Westerly winds moderate to strong and veering by west to south. The weather will probably prove squally with heavy showers and colder. Barometer vising soon. Seas rough, tides good to swell on Coast.
