The Anglican Synod of Sydney diocese, rejected the proposals of the General Synod on the nexus question and adopted a resolution that any other proposal jeopardising the position as an integral part of the Church ol England, also would lie unacceptable, but the Synod was prepared to listen to proposals to form the basis ol a teunion or modification of the services to suit local needs.
