new boundary delimitation, to accept a proposal for deferring the All-Ireland Parliament for some time. The Sinn Feiners are agreeable to content themselves me anwfiilc with a Nationalist Assembly. It is stated that Ulster is not implacably opposed to the consideration of the scheme for an All-Ireland Parliament after a period of years. Robertson presiding. BOMBING AT BELFAST. LONDON, November 24
Another bomb outrage .occurred m Belfast at six o'clock while shipyard workers were going home. It was a Sinn l’einer who Hung the bomb, and it went into a tram passing the post office, resulting in indescribable confusion. People, in 'the Royal Avenue, which was crowded, lied, being all panic stricken. Six occupants of the tram were dangerously wounded. At first itwas thought two were killed. A youth whom those nearby alleged to have thrown the bomb was captured. He was later handed over to the poliee. after the youth had been badly mauled by iht» crowd.
Utter on tho youth’s guilt appeared doubtful, as the passers by alleged that be had nothing to do with til,, outrage. The lad himself also asserts that he is innocent'.
There was renewed rioting in Cork Street district, after a funeral.
Four Loyalist ex-servicemen were killed in the recent street, lighting. They have hefqi given a military funeral. their coffins being draped with lli,. Union Jack.
