The Conference also derided to urge the Ciovernment to otter every etieoiiragcmenl to private enterprise in harness the sources of power, the (lovernment having; the right to take such over if in the interests id' the Dominion. and each scheme to he planned with at view to their ultimate linking up with Government schemes.
