COMMERCIAL. LONDON, November 22. The Scottish Australian Investment Company pays a final dividend of'7.j% tax free. The New Zealand and Australian land company shows a loss of £8.200 and transferred £210,000 from contingency fund to pay a preference dividend and also «n ordinary dividend of four per cent, tax free. They carry forward £2,740. WOOL PRICES. LONDON, November 22. The wool sales have opened. Prices show five to ten per cent decline.
