A resolution was passed eXpressing the opinion that as tin* Arbitration Court has stabilised wanes until .May, 1922. a reduction would be a distinct breach of contract. \ second resolution passed was that tin* A.S.R.S Kxeeutive Council should not accept any reduction ot wsiocs or extension of hours, without roterriiuc it to the rank and lib* of service in order that a ballot on the proposals bo taken.
