A sensation has been caused in political circles by the publication of a secret document, alleged to have been issued by Colonel AVickham (A Divisional Commissioner of the Irish Constabulary in Belfast) which, Sinn Fein contends indicates that the; Army is being Secretly organised in Ulster by the British Government with the object of taking the field at any moment. It is understood that tho document has been issued without the knowledge of the Irish Office in London. The matter is being taken up with the authorities.
