The House Committee (per Mr Davidson) reported the conditions were satisfactory. One of the nurses had left the institution without notice ..ml that applications had been invited on thelvast Const; advising that regular supply of fish he procured for the institution. Received

It was resolved to ask permission from the Westland Racing Club and Westland Trotting Club to make a hospital collection on the race course mi race days.

It was resolved that a request he made to all donors for promised donations to the AVesthmd Hspitnl building fund for payment.

It was reslved to make the usual appeal for donations for Xmas cheer for for the inmates of the two hospitals of the Board. The Board rose at D.TO p.m.
