Maps showing the new electoral houll- - were displayed in the I’arliiuientary Buildings today lor the inlormatioii of niemhcrs of the House. 1 hey attracted a great deal of attention, and the effect of the changes that have been made bv the Boundary Commissioners were discussed eagerly. It ;;n----I'ears that the Commissioners h.i.-e taken advantage of the increased m irgin allowed them by the legislation of last year in order to preserve the community of interest and give full weight lo geographical consideration. Some members of the House have grievances, a,s might lx- expected, but the complaints do not app"sr to be numerous, ’llic most important alietations arise from the disappearance (.1 the Bruce electorate and the creation of a new electorate in the Waikito district. The AVcstland electorate is only slightly altered. Totara Flat has gone into Rullcr. Tlic Rullcr electorate lias lx'i'ii extended eastward until it reaches nearly to Reefton mid has gone nortliwanls to include Seddonvd!and Kara men.
