FIRM DOUBLE MARKET. (By Telegraph.—Special to Guardian.) CHRISTCTH RC 11, Nov. Messrs Matson and Co. report as follows regarding their stock sale yesterday : Store Sheep.—A larger yarding and slight improvement on prices all round. Rest hoggets in the wool from 13s fill lo 14s 3d, shorn hoggets small, from to Ss 3d ; shorn wethers, good, from 12s tu pis 7d ; wethers in the wool from 13s to 15s; cues and lambs the same as last week.

Reef. A huge yarding, hut not too many for the double market. Ike market opened fairly slack, but improved considerably ns il progressed, especially towards the end. Several good lines of cattle from Southland. Uluitlmms, and West ('oast weie yarded and sold well. Prime steers I'l l 5s to L'L-; extra to (.'2O; medium L'lo 7s tid to L'l3 7s (id; others CS to CIO ; prime heifers L'9 IBs to L'l3 10s; extra to Clo 15s. Prime cows t'H to L'! l 17s (id: extra good to L’l3 10s; others L'-i Bis to L'7 15s.
