RAILAGE. The Railway Department notify ns that new regulations have been made with reference to the mode of ordering trucks from tho West Coast for Canterbury. In future the Railway Authorities on the Coast will arrange not only for trucks to load for Otira, but also for trucks to load from Arthur's Pass to Addington. Orders for frocks from Arthur’s Pass to Addington will not he accepted at the Christchurch Office. Tf so desired, provided we have ample notice, wo can arrange to have all stock unloaded at Otira and driven over the hill and retrueked at Arthur’s Pass for a nominal charge.
