At the iimferenii' of union delegates at which the resolution forming the new group was carried, it was decided to take steps to organise the workers into an industrial organisation to uvertloow the capitalist political stale. The organisation, it was declared, would eounteiintiee participation in Parliamentary notion solely and expressly for the promotion of resolutionary propaganda. The organisation would adhere to the Red Trade Union International.
