POLLARD’S BsCTURES.
CO XSTA XC E TALMADGE MONDAY.
Constance Talmadge has in many delectable pic tures proved that she can capably handle the most delicate matrimonial situations but in ’‘Dangerous Business” her latest First National showing on Monday, she is hoist with her own petard. Mere men will probably gloat to some extent over the tact limt the irresistible, nncon<|iierahlc Connie has at last ‘got some of her own hack.’ as in this surprisingly alert and snappy comedy, she has t>' sjng very small at the direction of reman person, to whom she has stated she is married, "hen she isn’t. Ihe ready falsehood, to extricate hcrsell from an undesirable match at the very altar, gathering momentum, hurls her into tlve frying pan ol trouble and also into some of the funniest situations and the most delicate, that have seen on the screen. But it is all delightful, it is Constance at her very best: it go<*s with a snap from hist to last, in fact sometimes the action fairly whizzes past. '1 ho title is an admirable one—the business into which the flirty girl got herself certainly is dangerous—and we wouldn’t have anyone miss a foot of it. A specially good supporting programme will also |, ( , shown, including the latest Batin’ (,’azzettee, an Outing Che.-ter Scenic and a special Bathe Comedy featurin'' Harold Lloyd in ‘-Bumping into Broadway.**
