AUSTItAMAV AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. KEEPING ORDER AT LISBON. LONDON, Oct-. 21. Official British information received in London states that a siege prevails in Lisbon. For the next; 15 days at nine o’clock a curfew will l>e imposed. Steps are being taken to punish the assassins, and to disarm ruffians who somehow obtained weapons at the out break of the revolution.
