If,\(JIXII COMMISSION'S ItKDOItT. WBU.LNGTON. Oot. -»1. A peculiar position litis arisen in recant to the Racing Commission's ,eOn the one hand the U districts which failed to convince the ('onimisMioners that they should retain their permits are protesting strongly against the justice of the report, and on the other side. most, of the larger clubs and districts have been recommended f„r now permits are just as persistent, in their support of tho finding of I'm Commission. Then there is the great third party who are against any increase in the number of permits. Their battle cry is “more working days ami less racing days.” It seems as if the House will refuse t„ adopt the report, in which -asetl.e position would he that the condition* would revert to those existing betoro the Commission was sot up.
