LONDON, Oct. 19 Regarding the ffrish Conference, Lord Curzon, on behalf of the Govern, meat made! a statement in the House of Lords. T.ord Curzon stated that'as noon as as practicable, a statement would be submitted to both Houses. He paid a tribute to the scrupulous reticence practiced bv both sides of the Conference.
