'Received This Dnv at 1.30 p.m A DELHI, Oet. 18. Persian advices state that Cossack forces have entered Resht. Through communication with Baku is expected to he re-opened immediately. Kutcliikeam, the rebel leader, with his forces has been driven into the jungle.
