The judgment, of tlib Court was delivered by Justice Salmond. In the course of-the judgment his Honour said that stock on. a sheep farm wns. stock tii Dade of the sheep farmer. It was not fixed capital. The Court was of opinion that the sum of L'sß7-t wa.t properly assessable for income tax for the year in which the stock was sold.
