HOHENZOLLERN DISPUTE BERLIN, Oct. 10
The widow of Prince Joachim has sued Prince Kited for the custody of her son who Prince Kited is keeping in consequence of a decree ol the Kaiser. The Court decided the Kaiser's decree was invalid, and ordered the child to lie delivered to its mothei.
