(Received This Day at 5.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct, 12 Poplar Councillors have filed an affidavit before the King’s Bench disclaim, ing any wish to treat the Court with disrespect; also that they were anxious to attend a conference to consider the financial difficulties of the situation, and will spare no efforts to make the conference a success. The Chief Justice released them, expressing the hope that they would not disregard their statutory duties. REQUEST REFUSED. WASHINGTON, Oet. 12 .Mr Harding is considering numerous requests that lie should Utge total disarmament. He states this is impossible, and even its desirableness is now questionable.
