A deep, tense pulsating drama, and Hie that compels the spectator to pay the strictest attention. While it has alii ays been Norma Talmadge’s good fortune to anpe.tr in Him successes, she has never had a. better opportunity to display her many-sided talent than in “Yes or No." Not only does the fascinating Norma denivt both the society woman who said *'ves" and settled the moral seo-e with her butterfly life, ami the contrasting rol" of the hard-work-ing wife of the poor man, wlm had the moral courage to say "no and as a consequence reaped peace and happiness, hut she manages to look as beautiful in ugly clothes as she does in gorgeous plumage. Natalie lalmadge too. idays a dual role, alternating as the society woman's maid and the poor woman's siler. Considering her inexperience. the youngest member ol the Talmadge Trio shows a remarkable arpreciation of her dramatic opport idties.
