Ihe tour is being favoured with splendid weather. On their way through Minelock they were approached by Mr Emit l (chairman of the Town Hoard), and asked for Canterbury’s support ton aids Nelson road in the scheme of the Highways Hill. The party were favotirab y impressed with the claim, and told Mi Smith that they would recommend it at Christchurch. The visitors were motored to Mass-acre ni || ~t Tun Marina, this afternoon.
