PRESTON ROAD SALE. On Saturday there was a sale <‘i cattle at Preston Road Yards, whore over 11)0 head were offered. Messrs Dalgety and Co., and 0. \L Moss hnd Co., dis|M»sed of numerous dairy catth* at good rates. Dalgety and Co, report as follows Our yarding comprised good dairy cattle, including some pedigree short-born cattle and a very good line of steers from two years old to four ye-ars old. The attendance 1 of uhyejrs wag fair, and competition for dairy cattle was good, while thilt for store cattle was weak. However, the total yarding of DiO head was cleared with the exception of one pen of young steers.
