Bishop Fan Noli has reported to the League of Nations that Albania lias ndr"«ed to Serbia a 21 hours’ ultimatum, asking for the immediate evacuation of several frontier towns of Albania. Ho added that Serbia is now bombarding several frontier positions. The Risliop has asked the League to intervene to prevent bloodshed. LONDON, Sept. 21. The “Morning Post” says it undernands that 'Britain and Italy are negotiating in connection with Albania. If the League is unable to settle the. dispute in [the event of its reference thereto, then Britain, France and Italy will act jointly.
