To Mr Patterson Air Houston supplies witness with milk. It appears to he a good milk. Had taken samples for mniiths past. Had not heard anything
more, so presumed they weic .satisfactory. Took two samples on the day in question. One of them apparently was satisfactory. lie was satisfied the milk was properly agitated before taking out the sample. Constable Flowelltn deposed he was present when the sample of milk was taken.
