With the full concurrence of the Government of India, the Bombay Govern ment has announced a decision to prosecute Ali Brothers and others in connection with the revolutionary speeches at Karachi, and the tampering with local troops; also prosecuting the brothers for speeches delivered in July, tending to create dissatisfaction and inciting to violence against the established Goverenment. . There has been ■increased rebel activity and fiequent skirmishes with troops especially at Manor,ji and Milambur. There are well-armed rebels bands, over a thousand strong in Milambur, which is completely in the hands of the rebels, lhev conduct raids from a strong-hold in Pandalur hills wrecking* villages, bridges and Government buildings. s A Moplali conference proclaimed a. Je-had against all Hindus, who will be converted to Islam afl the point of the sword. Hindus are fleeing in panic. A Moplah high priest died in prison from hunger striking.
