They were certainly imt guilty of mv dirty play. On behalf of his men. he wished to give the report an unqualified denial. Mr Bennett added that he was advised by cable that the Smith Ai'rcan papers had not published the message. He suggests that there was a h aling,. somewhere and that it was being investigated by the Government.
