I PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given as follows: (a) That a special h>sn is proposed to he raised by the Comity Council ol Westland for the purpose of constructing ft bridge and approaches thereto over the Knkapotnhi river at its junction with tbe Waitaha river to connect with the Bold Head lload. (b).—The sum proposed to be borrowed is £1,500. (e)._The proposed security provision for repayment ot the loan is a special rate of seven-thirty seconds of one penny in the pound on all rateable property in the special district of the County of Westland lying between the Miken'ni river and the Waitangi river named “The Knkapotahi Bridge Bating District.” Such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall he payable yearly on the Ist day of November in each and every year during the currency of such loan, Ihmiiu; ft period of fifteen years, cr »m----til tlio loan is paid off. The rate of interest on the said loan shall ho five pounds and live shillings per centum per annum. The term of the loan is to be for fifteen years. (d).
