THE BIG BAZAAR.

On Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, the Princess Thoatrc will be occupied with the annual bazaar and sale of work in aid of the Anglican Church building fund. r rhe Committee is now completing arrangements to start the building of the new church. The edifice is to be erected as a war memorial. With the work about to be put m hand funds will he required to carry on and the present bazaar is to assist towards that end. The ladies of the Church have been verv busy for several weeks past preparing for the event, wherein is intended to eclipse previous efforts. Sewing Pees have been in operation now for some time, and the result will be a fine display of ready made useful articles suitable for families. There will be a ureat variety of domestic lines, as well as an extensive range of fancy articles, /nick naeks etc. The stalls will be fully laden with goods, and the variety will he endless. ir 0 |- each evening Mrs Staveley will organise an entertainment of exeeptiond merit. The chorus will lie one of the best heard in Hokitika. There is a fine range of novelties, the whole being ‘••■ludwiclied into a revue which will take a very entertaining shape.
